The UAW United Auto Worker's Union has decided to strike knowing or rather believing that General Motors has no choice but to give into their demands or so they think. The truth is that GM is much better off to robotize their factories now and skip the human labor. This will allow them to compete with the coming Chinese Imports that are about to hit the first US showrooms in 2008 - smaller SUVs at one-third the cost.
